Privacy
This is a site about anxiety. The last thing it should do is follow you around. There are no accounts, no cookies and no advertising trackers.
What is not collected
You do not create an account and you never enter a name, an email or a phone number to use the exercises. Nothing you do in a practice — which exercise, how long, how you felt — is sent anywhere or tied to you. There are no advertising trackers, no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no third-party cookies on this site.
The one thing that is counted
To know whether the site is useful at all, page views are counted with GoatCounter, a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool running on our own server. It records the page address, the rough country, the browser and the screen size — aggregated, with no cookie and no identifier that could single you out. Two anonymous signals are also counted: that some visitor stayed for 30 seconds, and that some visitor started an exercise. None of it can be traced back to a person.
If you donate
Card details are entered on WayForPay's secure page — this site never sees, receives or stores your card number. WayForPay processes the payment and, as the payment provider, holds the transaction data under its own privacy terms. We keep only what a donation record needs: an order reference, the amount, the currency and the time. If you write to us about a refund, we keep that message until the matter is closed.
Your rights and how to ask
Because almost nothing is stored, there is usually nothing to hand over or delete. If you have donated and want your donation record removed or a copy of it, write to hello@anxietytools.org and we will do it. The same address works for any question about this page.
Links out
The site links to a Telegram bot and to published research on other websites. Once you follow such a link you are on someone else's site, under their rules and their privacy policy — this one no longer applies.
